JCL Staging & Design LLC
Founded by wife-and-husband team, Julia Carias-Linares, a media executive and Alfredo Linares, a businessman and entrepreneur. JCL services the New York Tri-State area.
Julia Carias-Linares is a multi-faceted woman, who lives through creative expression. She is a TV, film, digital producer, actress, real estate stager, interior designer, and businesswoman. Aside from being the CEO of JCL Staging & Design, she is also a partner and CEO of Freedom Studios Inc. where she focuses her expertise on sourcing projects, developing talent, and securing intellectual properties. Julia believes that home is where the heart is, and that means lots of bold and joyful colors, chic esthetics, and conversation pieces that define who we are. From small spaces to spacious interiors, Julia thrives on creating designs that people can’t wait to enjoy!
Alfredo Linares is the Chief Financial Officer and Owner of JCL Staging & Design with his beautiful wife, Julia. He oversees the numbers while she takes charge of the design. Mr. Linares's key role in the company ensures the business operations are running smoothly on the backend. But he does enjoy getting his hands dirty with design and enjoys the execution of design installments, management, and breakdown. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Westchester Community College with a degree in Communications and Media Arts. Linares’s leadership skills and expertise in customer service and client-facing initiatives provide the secret sauce to success for JCL.
JCL Staging & Design was launched after this dynamic duo with a keen eye for design realized they were obsessed with TV home show reveals and passionate about recreating beautiful spaces. After working on several production projects together, it was a natural step for them to combine their expertise and build something special around their love for design.
Julia and Alfredo are known for their creativity, fast execution, and competitive rates. They’ve taken JCL Staging & Design and quickly built it into a bold and well sought out brand by many top producing teams in the luxury residential real estate industry in New York.

Nathalie Mendez focuses on how market trends help generate experiences that create brand loyalty and boost sales. She is best known for her ability to creatively generate proven and measurable results for national & global clients.
Nathalie has a passionate love for design and humanity. She understands the value of aesthetics and the connection that is created when she brings immersive experiences into any space. She is a proud single mother, humanitarian, artist, and Latina entrepreneur. Her fascination for art, caused a lifelong journey to go beyond aesthetics and use her talents to create environments that impact.
In 2018, Nathalie was awarded The Andyz Award by the American Society of Interior Designers for best showroom design for her industry disruptive work designing Showrooms at the world market center in las vegas.
